Like doing an interview with the Trump hating Carl Bernstein , who then turned round and used fake excerpts from that interview to spring a nasty October surprise on Trump.
There really is no need to just give his enemies weapons to use against him. Why make life harder for yourself than need be?

I agree with you. Trump enjoys the back-and-forth and trying to best people on the left. He does not have the power of the media with him to show when he actually does he’s t them. The media only plays snippets that they frame in a way that make Trump look bad. I wish that Trump would stop giving them these opportunities.
