Barr is worried about prejudicing whatever criminal cases can be made. Trump is worried about re-election and doesn’t really care about criminal cases getting trashed, since these investigations will be ditched if Biden gets elected to office, anyway.
Barr is worried about bringing indictments before the election. If Biden is elected, his people will find a way to put Barr in jail if he indicts and they will, of course, dismiss all indictments against D’s. At a minimum, he will never be invited to another DC party if he indicts before the election.

Anyone with half a brain knows that if Trump looses, any prosecutions are finished and that is what Barr is there to assure

That is a crock. Barr has enough evidence in the files of the offices surrounding him at the DOJ to convict all of the traitors. It is not like it is all circumstantial evidence and it depends on how you view actions. They admitted what they were doing while they were doing it.
How is exposing definite criminals “prejudicing” anyone? Criminal is criminal — period. That’s not “prejudicing”.
