When I saw the first reports I couldn’t understand why the high speed pursuit was authorized. So many jurisdictions are just refusing to allow them. Then I kept digging. Broad daylight. Elderly vic. Beaten. The perps CAME BACK to jack the car.
I’d’ve darn well authorized the pursuit, too.
Bet the three weren’t wearing seat belts, either.
