Some guy shows up out of the blue, talking violence, etc, he's probably a Fibbie provocateur. Call the cops on him. Funny to have FBI guys arrested for making violent threats, offering to sell you rocket launchers, plotting kidnappings, etc.

If you live in a small town and know the sheriff, have him hold the guy for a couple of days while he stalls. In the stinky, pukey drunk tank.
