I think you are correct. There are some torn up direct mail pieces, and what appears to be scrap white paper pieces in the back of trailers in the parking lot of a direct mail printing company.

Someone intentionally destroying direct mail material would have no reason to also make ten times as many scraps of white paper. The most likely explanation is simple, the trucks have some left over paper scrap and some direct mail pieces that got damaged as a part of RR Donnelly's job to print direct mail for the Trump campaign.

Putting out stories that turn out to be false only weakens the ability to put out information on real problems that may happen.
