Regardless of their politics, they have the right to defend themselves. The “protesters” broke into a gated community. The former democrat voters I’d hope were within their rights.
I agree with those about the pistol being inoperative and the crime lab rendering it operative but don’t know about any other tampering.
Didn’t the governor promise to pardon them, I hope he’s a man of his word.
I don’t care which side of politics you are in, 2A is valid for all Americans.
Given what I know about this case I,as a juror,would vote "not guilty" on *all* charges...despite their politics.
