Roberts has a history of seizures.... Doctors said the 1993 and 2007 seizures meant Roberts would be deemed to suffer from epilepsy, although the court said in 2007 that the seizures were of unknown origin.

My cousin was epileptic. One night she had a grand mal seizure and her kids found her dead in bed.

Untreated that is far too few seizure to have over more than 10 years.
Maybe there is some neurological issue in the brain that is easily tapped, like febrile seizures.
