Ok I think I’ve kind of Got it.......Trump will have one more dose of the Res.tomorrow.... but it is day 5 thru 7 that if there’s a kick back it will be then, because it’s the Res. that’ knocked down the viral dosage he had....whatever that amount was........thus they’ll be watching carefully to see if there’s a kick back as has happened for some, not all but some. It’s day 5-7 but they say 10 for good measure.

Yes but remember its 5 - 7 days from infection. The finer point to understand is that mean time to symptoms (incubation) is approximately 5.1 days. Mean time to critical illness is 6.2 days. This is (if you read between the lines) what was happening on Friday night. He had high fever, and shortness of breath and appeared to be deteriorating.

I think that the monoclonal antibodies (regeneron) stopped it in its tracks. Given that he has had >72 hours (now approximately 90 hours) afebrile, I think it is safe to say its over.

The media is stirring the trouble that he is not out of the woods. I suppose that there is a chance there could be some recrudescence of symptoms, but given that he was discharged, I think its safe to say that all the labs we are not seeing (liver, renal, pulmonary, and most especially ferritin level and lymphocyte count) may be well within limits and demonstrating that the inflammatory response is either over or well diminished.
