*eye roll* The black family has been coming apart, thanks to the welfare state, for six or seven decades. More so than any other group in our country. They need to get back on track. Hopefully there will be good ideas used, not just $$$ thrown at the problem.
How can you not know this?
I don’t care about “black families” anymore than I care about “White families”.
It’s not the fault of the “welfare state”, but choices black people make.
It’s time for blacks to fix shit themselves.
