This is obviously designed to boost Trump in the eyes of the American people by presenting him as an enemy of the Chinese regime, which understands its grassroots unpopularity in the U.S. Adam Schiff will be announcing a presumption of collusion and a new impeachment inquiry any day now.
That is an admission that china unleashed the virus in order to get rid of Trump. It was engineered and released by china. Their target was Trump, and they are now admitting it.
