This has been around since January. Even Democrats over the age of seventy....will tell you that they remember this whole period of the 1990s and how marginal Joe appeared in those days. The same folks will shake their head over how Obama was that stupid to bring the guy onboard.
This is a compilation of news clips showing Biden plagiarizing other speakers, and the preeminent journalists of the time calling him out on it.

Some presidents would like to have somebody who can’t replace them at the number two spot. Look at FDR he switched out vice presidents more often than spark plugs. Truman only knew what was going on with the war from what he read in the paper. He didn’t know about the nuclear project. He knew less than Roosevelt’s daughter.

Biden is not on the ballot. The Bolsheviks are running for election and want you to ignore that - see Joe Biden. He’s toast on Inauguration Day (if that were to happen).
