She will recover. I had it. I am relatively healthy. My boyfriend had it, he is 72 and not that healthy. He recovered and never really got that ill. But went to the hospital in case. I know plenty of people in their 70’s and 80’s who had it. I don’t know anyone who died from it... but I do know people have died. But I do not believe death numbers anymore and I work in government and see everything.
My best friends brother died back few months ago. He and his long time fiancee lived together she got it but mild case. His case was worse, went on a vent for 2 months and died. He was obese, diabetic, big drinker, had stopped drinking for a few years then started back up this year. Only one I know that died.
I think I had it back in early march. Bad headache and tired for 5 days. Felt like an elephant on my chest. Then woke up day 6 heavy chest feeling,bad headache gone.
