Doubt they would be. Every plan I’ve heard indicates priority to essential personnel. Medical, EMTs, even police. Customs people would fit in that group. When they get to the general population, most prioritize the most at risk which would include those over 60-70 and people with preexisting conditions. I think that makes sense in this case since the impact on those under, pick your age from 60 to 75, is minimal. Zeke would say a 25 year old deserves priority due to his long potential working life.
