Picture is enough, given his notoriety for it. A very large number of people can name him from that picture. Biden having referenced the incident just hours earlier, with many/most people knowing exactly who Joe was talking about, just makes it worse.
The violence in Kenosha was antifa not Kyle Rittenhouse.
Remember the 2016 set up between Hillary and CNN? They colluded to share the questions so that Hillary’s team would research and be all polished and prepared for the Hillary Bernie debate giving her and edge over Bernie.
Vegas would lay the odds in favor of Biden’s team reaching out to Chris Wallace . The dems don’t leave anything to chance. They probably made a quid pro quo that Chris Wallace would give some assistance and he might get a special interview with Biden.
If you call somebody that name you should be able to prove it. Calling someone a white supremeist might be a popular game among democrats but it can have negative ramifications on a person’s life. Just look at what happened to Nicholas Sandmann just because he was wearing a Trump hat.

There is a HUGE difference between filing a lawsuit then settling with a media dinosaur that blatantly and repeatedly defamed him, and the Democrat Vice-Presidential Candidate... who has more levels of legal protection than a US Nuclear weapons facility (probably more). BEST case scenario, they file a suit and something happens in a year or two (that is, if Biden loses. If he somehow steals the election, absolutely nothing will ever come of this).

The more publicity on the case, the better for Kyle Rittenhouse,the worse for Biden/Harris because the facts are so lopsided in his favor.
