The one and only regret I have with President Trump’s debate performance last night is that he didn’t clearly, succinctly, and forcibly articulate that he totally condemns White Supremacists.
He should have clearly and loudly done so, then turned to Sleepy, Creepy, Slow Joe and said “Now, Joe, do you condemn ANTIFA?”
Until this week, I had never heard of Proud Boys. And I’m probably more informed than 98% of people. Where did these guys come from all of a sudden?
Trump did say “sure” after Wallace asked the question and then Wallace quickly went somewhere else with another group.
When Wallace asked Trump if he would condemn White Supremacy, Trump asked who Wallace was talking about several times.When Wallace didn’t give him a specific group, Trump said Proud Boys? If Trump had just said he condemns White Supremacy, the Dems would be saying, today, that Trump condemned the people from militia groups that showed up at the riots.
