“Pence is calm and reasoned.”
Calm, reasoned, and unfortunately boring. Kind of like watching paint peel. I love him dearly, but he doesn’t have Trump’s forceful personality, not by a long shot. But he is the perfect foil for Trump. Keeps Trump steady, gives him honest input and advice, doesn’t try to outshine Trump ever (a wise move, considering Trump’s alpha male traits, lol), is very intelligent, speaks well, and is a loyal soldier to the cause and the man he serves.
And Truump loves Pence and is very loyal to him. Compliments Pence all the time. Pence, a good man, but no great force of personality. I guess it’s just that I’m much more drawn to a conservative alpha male to get things done because of power of persuasiveness and personality.
Sometimes boring is good.
