That varies widely. For situations such as this, or hurricane duty, you are generally on SAD (State Active Duty), and in Texas, it makes you sad because you only get $130 a day. And sometimes work 20+ hairs a day, so yes, less than minimum wage.
However, if the President approves your situation as a Federal disaster thing (Rita/Katrina, Harvey, etc), then federal funding comes it to cover the costs. I think we still got the same low pay though, I don't really remember.
Then other stuff depends on what you're doing, types of training, deployments, extra duties: paying out UTAs/RMAs/AD-OS/etc. It really gets complicated on the different types of orders and pay you can get.
