“national polls” mean nothing because they over sample the Democrat coasts and skip over flyover country.
If they poll the five major cities in Texas they are only sampling the Democrat run territories but the rest of the counties outweigh/outvote them.
I’m aware of those dynamics. I do look a bit more a few days prior...then I remember that many of the pollster places are owned by major news networks and promptly forget them.
