Wallace is playing whpc on Trump on the rallies question with incredulous sounding follow up questions. I did not hear Wallace interrupt Biden’s response (such as it was) at all.
Having said that, I agree with some here that trump runs a danger of being overly combative and therefore angry while Biden is being calm (with help from lack of interruptions by Wallace). Average neutral viewer might favor Biden on the visuals alone... ??
