New affidavits filed in the Texas Supreme Court allege a massive illegal mail-ballot harvesting scheme is underway in Texas’ most populous county, and “elite” Democrat officials are leading the effort.
Harris County has received attention over the past several weeks for its proposed plan to send mail-in ballot applications to all 2.37 million voters in the county regardless of eligibility, thereby inviting fraud and abuse into the process.
New testimony suggests that may only be the tip of the iceberg.
As part of a new lawsuit filed in the Texas Supreme Court against Harris County Democrat County Clerk Chris Hollins by the Harris County Republican Party, Dr. Steve Hotze, Wendell Champion, Sharon Hemphill, and Al Hartman, two affidavits claim a massive illegal ballot harvesting operation is being prepared for the county.
The first account comes from Charles Marler, a former investigative specialist with the Federal Bureau of Investigations and current private investigator.
In his affidavit, Marler alleges that several Democrat politicians in Houston are behind the illegal scheme: “During my investigation, a core group of names continued to surface regarding the organization and operation of the voter fraud scheme. Witnesses have stated to me that Precinct 1 Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and District 13 Texas State Senator Borris Miles are leading the illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas. Their chief lieutenants are Houston businessman Gerald Womack and political consultant Dallas Jones who work directly under them in executing the ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas.”

As an American, I demand that a STOP should be put on this election until all the forms of fraud and criminality be exposed and ended.
I have a right for my legal vote to be counted and not to be discounted by fraud.

Devoutly to be wished, but how about publicized arrests and given the connections, decertifying the Biden campaign and the State D parties. I’d add DNC, but that won’t happen.

Our relative in a posh retirement community in WI, not all residents on assisted living status, has been locked down hard since March.

They arrange for them to get absentee ballots, deliver them, “help” them fill it out, and then deliver them to the proper voting precinct. I understand they have it down to an art form in Broward County, Florida - home of many nursing homes/assisted living facilities.

The punishment for this should be for the perpetrator to be tied to a stake, and the fraudulent ballots they’re caught with piled at their feet and ignited. Liberals just love to talk about “proportionality”, so here’s a perfectly proportional punishment. Only a little fraud?...Maybe you live and get away with some burns to the legs and feet. Massive fraud?....Heap big bonfire, and a permanent end to your career as a seditionist.
