Nuevo Laredo, on the other side of the river, is a cartel hotbed.

It got so bad there a few years ago, that the Mexican Government disbanded the compromised local Police, and instituted martial law.

Things calmed down when one cartel established supremacy, but gang wars are heating up again, as smuggling routes have to shift, because of the new walls going up.

Guess as to what percentage of the land owners along the river are already bought by the cartels, 100% ?

The wall hurts everyones cash flow. From Laredo to Brownsville is corrupt Democrap squalor, voter fraud on steroids.
