I don’t think that point of view about abolishing the DOEs is “the fringe”, FRiend...I have heard candidates occasionally mention it..
The teachers unions want everyone to think it is the fringe. Those people suck.

That said, if anyone can start that bandwagon rolling, Trump may be the guy. If HE can’t get it done, might not be possible this lifetime.
