I think Trump could win Virginia this election for a coupe reasons, despite the fecklessness and perfidy of the state GOP. The VaGOP is simply the enemy of conservatives, more comfortable with table scraps from the communists than in actually representing Constitutional ideals. Such posture resulted in overwhelming apathy among likely GOP voters in the past few elections. It got so bad that senior state GOP party hacks actively supported Gov. Blackface McBabykiller rather than their own stalwart, Ken Cuccinelli. Those voters who sat out the last few elections just might come back to the polls in droves. Plus, the bat-crap-crazy communists did what communists do when taking control; they rule with an iron fist against the will of the people. In their push to disarm the populace with their crazy gun confiscation agenda they wakened a sleeping giant. My observation is that a huge cohort of 2A voters in VA were previously seduced by communists beginning with Mark Warner. Some portion of those votes will switch to Trump, if it is a large enough portion he can win the state.

Yes, ever since the days of John Warner. The state GOP has been secretly backing marginal screwball libertarian candidates who drain votes from conservatives. If not for this treachery, Oliver North would have been a Senator.
