This is the “we just clearly lost control over the Supreme Court so let’s change the rules so we can have another shot” bill.
As usual when the Democrats lose, they want to change the rules so they can win.
Liberals on Facebook talking about changing it to 13 justices or so not just 9. Oh yeah, they can just do that, easy.

When a Senator resigns or dies in a place like MA there are protocols about appointing a replacement, having a special election etc. Depending on whether or not a Dem was the governor, the rules were changed. Admittedly current gov is a Republican but he “works well with others” when the others are Democrats.
