They knew they were in trouble when Hillary lost, so they made a last-minute attempt to exonerate Obama,
by concocting a phony email to restate his desperate words: that everything has to be done ‘by the book.’

Rice's email has become highly suspect.

It is now considered prime evidence wherein Rice stupidly confessed to multiple crimes, as well as implicating Obama in the evil scheme.

Sen Graham said, "If Obama thinks he was going ‘by the book,’ then the book used is the 'Kremlin Playbook.'"

Many of these things are done in "an emergency."

But who decides what constitutes an emergency? He does.

Not like the Romans, whose Senate decided, in extreme cases, that only a dictator could save them.

But the president doesn't have anyone to tell him we're in an existential crisis.
