Actually that's a different organization. The Satanic Temple really a non-religious political organization that agitates for the separation of church and state.
I had the right Satanists; just used the wrong one in the post. My mistake. The Satanic Temple DID file for IRS tax exemption as a Christian church; that was one of the things the CoS used to separate themselves from the ST.
