I have been told that those car chargers require 240 volts.

I don’t know how my household power set up can handle that.

ALSO——The ENTIRE POWER GRID in the nation is what it is-—Can it handle all this ‘charging’ demand???

At an apartment complex——2 cars per apartment-—2 CHARGING SYSTEMS??? WHO PAYS FOR ALL THAT POWER???

Good questions. I think you are OK for the 240 Volts because that is what your dryer and cooktop run on but they will have to create receptacles to plug in your vehicles.
