I suspect this is Trump’s strategy if Dems intentionally use mail-in ballots to prevent real vote tallies from being known. Dems want to put Pelosi in charge if there’s a 10 day delay.

If these states can't get real vote tallies from being known, then how will they know who won the House and Senate races?

They will not know. This strategy is aimed at stealing the presidency and that’s the prize. Once stolen, I’m sure they’ll figure out the rest.
