The resolution attempts to address these concerns by saying it does not authorize "commercial sales or manufacturing of these plants and fungi, possessing or distributing these materials in schools, driving under the influence of these materials, or public disturbance." If they legalize growing it someone will be selling it, authorized or not.
Then of course if you become know as a grower someone will be breaking in to your place to steal it.
If you the grower become worried about someone stealing your crop you will end up shooting someone.
A bit of a can of worms they have opened.
