The Charismatic movement among Catholics started in ‘67 in the U.S. My family was involved some. Franciscan U was very charismatic, though it has become big enough to be diverse.
And the People of Praise are Catholic Charismatic up the wazoo. So yes, it is a potential line of attack.
And it also make me wary of her as a nominee.

The Charismatic movement in the Church peaked in the 70’s and 80’s, and was never more than a fairly small minority in most places, but the Church is big enough that “small minority” can number in the millions in the U.S. and tens of millions world wide.
