Most of the people in those districts have always voted Democrat. It’s nothing new.

I live in one of the districts that's wealthy and shifted to the Democrats. The next one next to me is also likely to fall. Not to many years ago these people were Republicans. Look at the wealthy districts around Houston and Dallas they are turning democrat. We are now a party of the white working and middle class. I think when we lowered taxes on the wealthy areas they jumped to the Democrats. We never accomplished anything in a conservative nature except lower their taxes now maybe that they are gone we will be able to accomplish something else. Raising their taxes or more likley the threat of raising them just might make a lot of them think things over again!
