Just because they are legally allowed does not give the police the right to abuse them. And by abuse I mean even using them. And that goes double the judges who approve these things.
Especially based on the patently transparent BS that is submitted as evidence. Stuff like monitoring a jailhouse phone call by a known scumbag and using that as evidence to smash down somebody’s door in the middle of the night.
They’re trashing the Fourth Amendment for drugs and cash, not for suitcase nukes.
The thing I’d like to ask some of these clowns is, you can’t post somebody to watch the place and serve a warrant when they’re walking down the hallway? Do these people never leave their homes? So that you have to smash the door down to get them out?

I went to Academy Sports today to buy some targets. The gun area looked post-apocalyptic. A few shotguns were left, otherwise no handguns or ammo other than creedmor.
10 weeks ago I was afraid of guns. Now mine is always within reach. Now I have a handgun and a really cool Ruger PC carbine.

I think there’s been a lot of information left out or ignored. I’ve read that they did knock and her new BF fired through the door. Also the Hodge Twins said she was on the warrant and she was a drug dealer or mule among other things.
