Former President Bill Clinton said on Sunday’s broadcast of CNN’s “State of the Union” that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and President Donald Trump were “hypocritical” for vowing to fill the vacancy following the passing of Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Anchor Jake Tapper said, “President Trump has vowed to nominate a woman this week to fill that slot on the Supreme Court. What’s your reaction?”
Clinton said, “Well, of course, it’s superficially hypocritical, isn’t it? Mitch McConnell wouldn’t give President Obama’s nominee Merrick Garland a hearing ten months before the president’s election. And that meant that we went a long time with eight judges on the court. This is what they do. I think both for Senator McConnell and President Trump. Their first value is power, and they’re trying to fill the court with as many ideological judges as they can. But to be fair, there is a case to be made for the argument McConnell made that in the middle of a presidential season, you should give the voters a say — that’s what he said when it was 10 months away. But when the shoe’s on the other foot, and he wants to judge, we’re fewer than 50 days away, and that argument doesn’t cut any mustard.”
He added, “So, it’s going to further spread cynicism in our system. And, you know, he said he wouldn’t do it.”

In 2016 the voters chose Trump knowing full well that he would most likely have to chose a replacement for the aging decrepit Ginsburg. Trump is the president and one of his duties is to name a replacement. You can bet that if 0bama named a replace and the senate was controlled by the dems they would have approved the nominee even if it was on January 19 2017.

You know if the DOJ would officially release a criminal case against what the democrats did to Trump then a lot of people would realize that if the democrats get to install a Justice then it would be another crook out to harm the country. The deep state ambitions of the democrat party need to be exposed in order to entirely change the perception. And just about Trump but Biden and the Ukraine, The Clinton Foundation, Soros, and a whole lot of other stuff. Let the world know that the democrat party is a criminal organization.
