There is nothing the House can do to force any action by the Senate.

At least not legally.

All they can do is apply political pressure. Their goal being to dissuade 4 Republican senators from doing their duty.

They could impeach him again and then the Senate would need to act on that running out the clock till election. Then with massive fraud tie up the lame duck period with lawsuits.

I assume that they might try to file a lawsuit. Even though they would lose the court fight they may be able to delay the vote.
