An almost 50 year old friend of mine is into Christian rap (I know, it doesn't exist, but bear me out), and he's always sending me clips of someone different using the rap genre to speak religious words.

I have REALLY tried to listen to this crap but honestly, the meter and tempo just isn't conducive to spreading a gospel message.

I have given honest attention to music my entire (72) life but this just doesn't reach me.
