I think she would be a good choice. He nominates a woman — Dems can’t pull any sexual harassment history BS, Murkowski and Collins would have to explain why they voted against a woman, and empty suit romney would also have to explain a no vote. Good tactical move in my opinion, plus she seems to be a solid conservative and Constitutionalist.

Depends on who the President is. I feel certain that Romney and other RINOs would defer to the “Loyal Opposition” under the present circumstances.
