I wouldn’t be surprised if this hasn’t happened, all across the country.
Gov Abbott, in TX, has FINALLY opened up the state, to 75%.

Bars are STILL closed though, because, you know....you can’t catch China Flu in a grocery store, or restaurant, or liquor store that sell alcohol....just in a bar....and in church.
I don’t even go to bars...but I feel sorry for people who own them, and folks who work there. Really crazy.
He kept referring to the ‘metrics’ he’s using, to base his opening phases on.
He has yet to disclose what the ‘metric’ has to be, in order for the state to be opened 100%.
