I noticed when Slow Joe pushed the play button....and, the music started....there was a pretty reserved ‘laughter’, from the small crowd.
Poor guy can’t pick up on social cues, so he began dancing to the beat.
I swear, it’s like watching a kid who doesn’t know better.
