I’m sorry, but how does the Biden campaign app have data on 191 million people? Are they saying it has that many downloads? Bull.

Okay, even accounting for contacts, it’s probably nowhere near 191M, and most of that data is phone numbers.

It’s people that downloaded *and* their contacts. So divide by a largish number, say 1-200. The number of people in their contacts is how some people keep score, apparently.

And that assumes the data was collected legitimately and contains no significant duplications - both pretty unlikely.

I dont know for sure. Im guessing it might be similar to the way “I” knew your name and address years ago when I helped make all that junk mail that used to show up in your mailbox. We used to buy information from a data warehouse.
