How did they release a press release on 9-12, discussing an incident that happened in 9-13?

BTW, been checking out Upstate NY media reports of the shooting and the riot. All the enemedia reports have been sympathetic to the dead perp and the rioters. And none have mentioned what was spray painted on the building, what was thrown by the rioters, or that the dead perp chased the cop with the knife.
That (the attack) was fast.
This shows the split-second decisions that must be made by the police in incidents of this type.

Probably because grew up without hearing the whistle of a belt a it was quickly pulled through belt loops, nor felt the sting when the belt was applied to their posterior. They don't have an understanding of discipline, were told they were special, and given participation trophies.
It’s my understanding that black kids get beat plenty so I don’t think that’s it. Beating kids with electric cords is something seen rarely outside the black community. I don’t think more beating will solve this.
