Netflix is in real trouble

A Netflix spox Thursday defended the loathsome child exploitation of “Cuties” as award-winning “social commentary. Cuties is social commentary.... a powerful story about the pressure young girls face on social media and from society more generally growing up – and we’d encourage anyone who cares about these important issues to watch the movie.”

Netflix is pulling a con job on the public....they “say” they oppose what is graphically depicted on the film.

Now, members of Congress are demanding action be taken against Netflix including a possible investigation by the Department of Justice.

I think some people have tried to argue that since it doesn't feature actual hardcore sex and graphic child nudity, that it doesn't qualify as "child porn."

I myself have not seen the movie, nor do I intend to. Some of what I have read about it on Twitter accounts that I follow have described the theme of the film itself as a "red pilled" attack on a hip hop sexualized culture that poisons the minds of our children.

Every one of these accounts also never fails to mention that there are several scenes that could be described in the very least as "pedo bait." Up-close shots of cameltoe, children in underwear, etc. So while not "technically" child porn, it lascivious and prurient nonetheless. It is a film that nobody denies will appeal to those who find prepubescent girls to be sexually attractive and appreciate a film that they can watch without going to prison. These pedophiles will undoubtedly hope that more films such as "Cuties" are produced.

And that's where we are heading.
