Ted Cruz is lucky nobody looks into whether his mother renounced her U.S. citizenship in order to get Canadian freebies.
Ted was BORN in Canada! CANADA! LET THAT SINK IN........
His father was NOT a U.S. citizen. His mother, from whom is the only way that Ted is even a U.S. citizen, may have renounced her U.S. citizenship in order to get Canadian freebies and or vote in Canada.
In ANY CASE, Ted Cruz is NOT eligible to the office of President which he ran for while KNOWING he was not eligible.
NOT SCOTUS material.
I won’t say what kind of “material” I think he is made of.
Can we all agree that the reason that our Founders included the "natural born citizen" requirement is to avoid having a President with divided loyalties?
Is there any other possible reason for such a requirement?
How could one then not reasonably question the loyalties of someone whose father was a citizen of another nation?
