Traditional Halloween activities won't be allowed for residents in Los Angeles County this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, according to local health officials.
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health announced a ban on door-to-door trick-or-treating, carnivals, festivals, live entertainment and haunted houses.

No way does the state want to see people blowing them off. Might give folks ideas.
However, the county stood its ground on banning gatherings.
Banned under the county guidance for Halloween are:
— parties or gatherings with people outside residents’ own households; and
— carnivals, festivals, live entertainment and “haunted house attractions.”
And no Halloween parties or church gatherings for All Saints Day either, Im sure.
Theres an idea. Go as peaceful protesters!
The Democrats in CA should just say, no smiling, no laughing, no friends and anything that might be considered normal fun is strictly forbidden.
