OUTSIDE 6ft. apart YET this IDIOT still has a mask on, this IS a sign of senility, when an elderly person WON’T LET GO of an absolutely foolish thought or action they are senile AND YES Joe is senile!!!

I'm beginning to think they just gather tables or chairs.....throw some drinks on the table and take photos....then end it right after they have their media shots and Joe says a few broken words.... goes back to his room and it's a wrap...no party just the appearance of one.
