If I played video games I would pick him and have him crushed every play. It would be a great time I think.
He had lost his edge after his operations, and didn’t represent the future, in a league that was all about the “next franchise quarterback”, not a guy with a couple of decent years left.
But he was a good quarterback, in addition to being 4th all-time in interceptions, he is in the top 20 all-time in total quarterback ranking.
I mean, there were a lot of good quarterbacks who got old and could no longer play, it doesn’t mean they were never good.
