If the Green Power rolling blackouts don’t get you, the “PSPS” (Public Safety Power Shutoffs) shutoffs will!! Got you coming or going! My elderly Mom is right on the edge of a PSPS outage for tonight.
These particular blackouts are result of poor forest management/lack of logging, not power shortages
