To: White Lives Matter

I’ve been trying to remember a comedy movie or some comedy show that contained a sketch of people being administered an oath, and when directed to raise their hands, and “repeat after me,” they follow the person giving the oath verbatim, including, “I, state your name”...blah, blah, blah. I tried to find a video of it, but came up short. Anybody recall where that scene was from?
