Maybe it’s because OKC actually reports property crimes, while Portland treats them as “free expression.”
Yes, the crime rate in San Francisco is “low,” too, because no one reports property crimes hardly. There is no point. Thefts under 950 are a misdemeanor. Etc.
That said our violent crime rate is pretty low I think. Grateful for that.
