It got here today and the usps has erased the tracking history so just one more truth that you can’t get anywhere but on Free Republic.
My two best mail stories:
Certified letter I was mailing I think to the Securities and Exchange Commission took 3 1/2 months to get from NY to DC.
And once my then-gf mailed me her dorm keys from upstate NY to downstate NY so I could pick something up from her dorm as I passed by on my way upstate. A month and a half later they showed up (after paying to replace them) with a postmark of Des Moines.
