In other words, “I’m sorry that some other people behaved so bad.”
It would be a lot more convincing if she were to say that she "takes complete responsibility for my actions" and then no more. But they always say they're taking responsibility but then immediately blame someone else like they didn't ever hear the first half of sentence that they just uttered.
